Terms of Service
Commercial terms for product availability, payment, fulfillment, refunds, and limitations.
Purchases
Customers must confirm products, quantities, prices, promotions, shipping address, taxes, duties, and policy links before submitting an order. Server-side checkout and order snapshots are the record of amount due.
Payments
Payments are handled by Crossmall checkout and approved payment service providers. Payment status, refunds, and disputes are reconciled against provider records.
Refunds
Refunds must be linked to an order, return request or refund record, and the original payment provider when provider refunds are enabled.
Duties and delays
Carrier delays, customs inspections, duties, taxes, and destination-country restrictions may affect delivery. Duties and taxes follow the published checkout disclosure for the selected market.
Limitations
Production terms require legal approval of governing law, dispute resolution, liability limits, restricted goods, and consumer rights before accepting real orders.
