Shipping Policy
Delivery timing, tracking, and cross-border duties for the first US launch.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and US public holidays.
Delivery options
US standard shipping is planned for 3-6 business days. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of at least $120 qualify for free standard shipping; lower subtotals use a $12 standard shipping charge.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided through the customer account order view and shipping email after fulfillment creates a shipment.
Duties and taxes
The first US launch uses DAP-style duties and import tax disclosure. Future international markets will show DDP or DAP, tax, duty, and landed-cost estimates during checkout when provider quotes are configured.
