Returns Policy
Return, inspection, restock, and refund rules for the first launch.
Return window
Eligible items can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.
Item condition
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with included accessories.
Return shipping
Crossmall covers return shipping for quality issues, wrong items, or missing items. Customer-preference returns may require the customer to pay return shipping.
Refund timing
Refunds are initiated to the original payment method after the return is received, inspected, and approved. The planned processing window is 5-10 business days after inspection.
Excluded items
Final sale, opened personal-care items, batteries, and goods restricted by destination-country rules may be ineligible for return.
